Confirmation & Booking Reminders
Clients who book either online, or over the phone will receive confirmation of their booking via email. This confirmation is linked to the users I-phone or android phone calendar, enabling the user to schedule their booking straight to their phone calendar.
The user is prompted with a reminder the day before their booking via both email, and SMS, to confirm booking date and time.
Service & Registration SMS, Email Reminders
To stay in control of all client interaction, Auto Bookings Online is equip with the ability to remind clients of their service and registration due dates. This is done simply by logging reminder dates, Auto Bookings Online does the rest. Users even have the ability to change email and SMS text to suit them.
Outstanding Repair Reminders
Following up clients on the outstanding repairs to their vehicle is a breeze. Simply flag the date of reminder when completing a job, and select from the list of templates. Auto Bookings Online will remind the client of any outstanding repair, prompting them to book in. Following up clients has never been easier.
Thank You Emails
Auto Bookings Online has the ability to send "thank you" emails to clients after a job is complete. Users can upload their own designs or templates to be sent out.
Job Cards
Auto Bookings Online has the ability to print job cards as required with all customer details already stored in the softwares database.
Job cards can be uploaded by the user as necessary, or use the custom job card as supplied.
Loan Car Scheduling
Have a loan car, or multiple? Scheduling the use of the loan car has never been easier. Clients can book the loan car online, or loan car bookings can be taken over the phone. Auto Bookings Online has been set up so the loan car can never be double booked.
Terms and conditions of the loan car must be accepted for users booking online, and confirmation must be made by the admin for all online bookings, ensuring the loan car is always accounted for.
The loan car terms and conditions document can be printed, with all client details at the ready.
